I rarely advertise stuff in here, but this is really something. And well, free, too.

I use Flickr a lot. It has recently gotten more and more cluttered and it’s becoming harder and harder to find decent stuff. And that’s what Ffflickr helps you with. It shows some of your favourite pictures and then some of the favourites of those who have made your favourites etc. Really handy.

1. Japanese genre hopping drone/avantgarde/metal band Boris with the wizard of noise music, also Japanese, Merzbow.
2. The origin of Merzbow’s name, Merzbau by Kurt Schwitter.

Merz has been called ‘Psychological Collage’. Most of the works attempt to make coherent aesthetic sense of the world around Schwitters, using fragments of found objects. These fragments often make witty allusions to current events.
